    Booth rental fees for exhibitors participating in the Fall Conference are due by: 

     

    Exhibit Hall will be open Wednesday 12 - 5 pm and Thursday 8 – 3:30 pm. 

    Set-up will be Wednesday morning from 9 to 11 am and

    tear-down will be Thursday after 3:30 pm.

    Registration is now open for the upcoming WVLA Fall Conference. This annual event is always a great time to connect and collaborate with your fellow West Virginia librarians. The Fall Conference 2026 will be held in the eastern panhandle at the Holiday Inn in Martinsburg from October 7 – 9, 2026. A list of upcoming conference sessions can be seen HERE.

    This year is destined to be an exciting time. Check in opens on Wednesday, October 7 at 11:00 a.m. followed by our first general session at 1:00 p.m. The Vendors Showcase is open from 12:00 to 5:00, and multiple workshops are planned for the afternoon. A spooktacular ghost tour hosted by the Martinsburg Public Library will conclude the first day of conference. More information about the event will be provided at check in.

    On Thursday, October 8, a wide variety of workshops are scheduled throughout the day along with the Vendors Showcase which is open from 8:00 to 3:30. Thursday culminates with the annual WVLA Conference Banquet. Make sure you purchase your banquet ticket early as space is limited.


    Don't forget to purchase your tickets for the annual WVLA Basket Raffle benefiting the WVLA Scholarship Award. Help support the education of future West Virginia librarians. Try your chance at winning one of many incredible raffle baskets. Want to help in another way? Create a raffle basket and donate it to the event. All entries are welcome!


    On Friday, October 9, the WVLA breakfast will start the day. The winners of the Basket Raffle will be announced, and the remainder of the day will include workshop options, division meetings, and the WVLA Business Meeting.

    Register now by clicking REGISTER on the left. You can easily pay by credit card online or you can mail in a check or money order to: WVLA, PO BOX 1432, Morgantown, WV  26507. Instructions will be included in your confirmation email. Current WVLA member will receive a 20% discount on full-conference fees.


    Your confirmation email will contain a link to reserve your hotel room at the discounted rate. King-bed rooms or double occupancy Queen bed rooms are available to registered attendees at $129 (plus taxes & fees) per night.
