Annual Report

October 2005-October 2006

 

 

The Division was represented at the regular meetings of the Executive Board.

 

October 2005- The Division met at the WVLA annual conference.

 

February 2006 - We were well represented on Library Legislative Day in Charleston on February 2nd.  Several Division members visited with congressional district senators and delegates to urge support of funding for libraries.

 

The Division will meet at the Annual Conference in October.  The main order of business will be the election of a new Chair.  Kelli Mummert will continue to serve as the Secretary of the Division.  There will also be a discussion of possibilities for programs for Spring Fling and the annual conference next fall.

 

The Academic Division will be sponsoring many programs at the WVLA annual conference.
