Article IX , Section 2

The most current edition of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised shall be accepted as the parliamentary authority of the Association…

Clarifies that RRONR latest edition is the authority for parliamentary procedure and broadens the RRONR authority beyond just conduction of meetings

Article VII, Section 5

Other Association divisional groups may be proposed by petition to the Executive Board. Petitioners must provide a divisional statement of purpose and sponsorship of the petition must include at least thirty (30) WVLA active members who are in good standing. The Executive Board shall propose the acceptable means of the petition's format and the process for relaying the petition to the Board for its official consideration.

Allows the Executive Board to specify what form of communication they wish to receive by sponsors.

Bylaws

Article VIII, Section 2

Groups of members, who are in good standing, may petition the Executive Board for recognition as a Roundtable. Petitioners must provide a statement of purpose and sponsorship of the petition must include at least twenty (20) WVLA active members who are in good standing. The Executive Board shall propose the acceptable means of the petition's format and the process for relaying the petition to the Board for its official consideration.

Allows the Executive Board to specify what form of communication they wish to receive by petitioners.
